Adult Roller Derby
If you’re 18 and over, to get more information about joining the league, email iwanttoderby@lethbridgerollerderby.ca and you will automatically receive an email back containing the Fresh Meat File; all the information you need to join, as well as practice schedules. Want to skate but not sure on contact? Join as a referee! We welcome men and women and we will train you. We accept new skaters on the first practice of every month. Check our calendar for those dates.
Junior Roller Derby
Roller derby is so fun we want to have our young ones involved to. If you are under 18, please email juniorderby@lethbridgerollerderby.ca to find out how to register and join Lethbridge junior derby in its first season!

We are currently accepting new adult and junior recruits. Please also request to join our LRDG Fresh Meat Facebook Page for additional announcements about practice and other events. We accept new skaters on the first practice of every month. Check our calendar for those dates.
Loaner gear is available!
Don’t have gear? No problem! We have loaner gear for new skaters but it’s first-come, first-served and you must contact our fresh meat coach prior to attending practice to make sure we have your size. New skaters must provide their own mouth guard, be prepared to sign a waiver, provide proof of health care and pay a $5 drop-in fee.
