How to Play Roller Derby
Roller derby is a faced-paced contact sport where one skater from each team (the ‘jammers’) race around an oval flat track, earning points for every opposing blocker they pass. The blockers from both teams (which form a ‘pack’) play offense and defensive simultaneously, as they help their own jammer past opposing blockers while defending the other jammer from passing them. Check out this short video which highlights the rules of the game.
